99-1 Search & Rescue was founded in 2025, however the experience of our team stretches bck over a decade to 2012. Contracting to law enforcement, First Nations communities, and individual families, we bring with us a host of knowledge and experience that have allowed us to become experts in the industry.

Founded on the principles of honesty, integrity, and faith, we do not look at search dogs as a “magical” tool like they are often portrayed. We understand the scope of what search dogs are able to do and massive advantage they can bring to search operations when properly trained and act with honesty and integrity around situations where their performance may be limited. These values and honesty about the search dogs allow us to operate at our peak and bring real hope and positive outcomes where and when we deploy to search.
